Anne Mason and Sonny Ditzler will lead a weekend using vocal and rhythm techniques to help you reclaim the power of your body & your voice. We will use meditation, breathing, singing, drumming & other activities as pathways to our inner creativity & energy.
Anne Mason, a recent graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary, is director of music at the UU Church of Lancaster and has been singing and teaching voice for 20 years.
Sonny Ditzler, with 12 years of drumming experience, is a performer, teacher, workshop leader and public speaker on rhythm and healing.
